What to include in a support request
To help us investigate faster, please include:
- The device type and operating system version
- The app version installed
- The wallet public address involved, if relevant
- The transaction hash, if the issue relates to an on-chain transaction
- A screenshot or short description of the issue
Do not send your recovery phrase, private key, passcode, or biometric information. Calfes will never ask for them.
Important wallet safety notice
Calfes Wallet is non-custodial. This means Calfes does not store, control, or recover your private keys, seed phrase, or digital assets.
If you lose your recovery phrase, Calfes cannot restore access to your wallet. Always keep your recovery phrase private and stored safely offline.
App review access
Calfes Wallet does not require a username or password account to review the app.
To access the app, open Calfes Wallet, create a wallet, accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, set the local passcode/security prompt if requested, and review the available wallet, asset, Academy, swap, staking, notification, and settings screens.
Please use only test or small amounts if testing blockchain actions.
